You can handle it

After an intensive in-house training supplemented with external courses, we will turn you into an experienced freight forwarder! Over time, you will be responsible for arranging sea freight, pre- and post-transport, and everything that comes with the complete logistics process.

At Ocean Gate Logistics, following the necessary training and team support, you will be responsible from A to Z for monitoring and handling export and import files for various clients and destinations. You will arrange all transports and customs formalities and manage the complete administrative processing of the files. You enjoy immersing yourself in a file and give your best until your shipments are perfectly delivered to their final destination.

Additionally, you are not afraid of frequent contacts with clients, suppliers, carriers, and other partners, both by phone and email. An international environment doesn't intimidate you; you're also fluent in English.

Your profile

  • Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree or some affinity with the transport sector.
  • You are skilled in MS Office and quickly learn new computer applications.
  • You are customer-oriented and an excellent communicator.
  • You are a born team player but can work independently equally well.
  • You are administratively strong, punctual, and committed to completing tasks to perfection.
  • You are eager to learn, focused on your mission, and driven in your execution.
  • You are stress-resistant and thrive on solving problems.
