You can handle it

You will be responsible for arranging sea freight, pre- and post-transport, and overseeing all aspects of the entire logistics process. At Ocean Gate Logistics, after the necessary training and team support, you will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring and handling of export and import files for various customers and destinations. You will coordinate all shipments and customs formalities and manage the complete administrative processing of the files.

You enjoy diving deep into a file and give your best until shipments are delivered perfectly to their destination. Additionally, you are not afraid of frequent contact with customers, suppliers, carriers, and other partners, both by phone and email. An international environment doesn't intimidate you, and you are proficient in English.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or equivalent through experience.
• You have initial experience as a (junior) freight forwarder.
• You are proficient in MS Office and quickly learn new computer applications.
• You are customer-focused and an excellent communicator.
• You are a natural team player but can also work independently.
• You are administratively strong, detail-oriented, and make it a point to complete tasks to the highest standard.
• You are eager to learn, mission-focused, and driven in your execution.
• You are resilient under stress and thrive on problem-solving.
